To make your life easy, I work with several managed care insurance companies. I will check your insurance benefits for you. If I am not a provider in your plan, most plans provide for out-of-network benefits. If you do not have insurance, affordable payments can be arranged.
I can be reached at: 407-588-7880. I check my messages constantly throughout the day, so phone calls are the best way to contact me. I will call you back as soon as I can.
However, if you prefer to email me, you can do so at: [email protected]. Please realize, however, that I may not get right back to you until the end of the day or even the next day, as I may not have the time to check my emails as often.
